Enforcement hub
Which foreign judgments are enforced in the Switzerland
This hub indexes how Swiss courts treat foreign judgments by country of origin. Switzerland is not a party to the 2019 Hague Judgments Convention. Recognition instead runs through the Lugano Convention of 2007 for EU and EFTA judgments, or through domestic Swiss private international law for everything else.
