Contact — cross-border investment claims

This page explains how to reach the firm and what to send first. Writing in does not commit you to anything and does not guarantee any outcome. It is the starting point for a file review, not a service that recovers money by itself.

What to send

Before writing, gather what already exists: the subscription or account agreement, any correspondence in which a withdrawal or repayment was requested, and anything in writing that refused, delayed, or conditioned the payment. These documents let a reviewer place the matter against the applicable refusal type and jurisdiction, rather than working from a description alone.

Send a short, factual account of what happened and attach what you have. Do not send funds, passwords, seed phrases, or account credentials by email to anyone, including this firm. No legitimate review requires them.

A first message is read, and if the matter falls within the firm's scope, a next step is proposed. If it does not, that is said plainly rather than left open. For background on how different refusal patterns are approached before any contact is made, see the refusal type overview.
