How the work looks

Most files arrive after the investor has already written to the counterparty once or twice. Yara starts by reading the subscription or account documents against whatever refusal was given, separating a contractual dispute from a jurisdictional or enforcement problem. That distinction usually decides everything that follows.

Where a claim needs to move, she prepares the position before anything goes out under the client's name. This is where the file is reviewed before anything is sent, rather than answered on instinct. The same review applies whether the matter later sits with counsel in enforcement or stays in pre-action correspondence.
