The firm
Elin Sundqvist
Elin Sundqvist works on files where a fund, platform or counterparty has stopped honouring redemption or repayment instructions. Her part of the file is the documentation: subscription terms, correspondence, and the exact wording used to justify the refusal.
How the work looks
Most files arrive with a stack of emails and a client who has already been told, by someone else, that the money is coming back. Elin's task is narrower and more mechanical: read the governing documents, place the refusal against what those documents actually permit, and mark where the account of events supplied by the counterparty does not match the paper trail.
That review does not produce a prediction. It produces a written position: what was agreed, what was withheld, and where the gap sits. Files that reach this stage in a structured way move faster through an initial file review than files where the documents have not been sorted first.
