How the work looks

Most files arrive after the investor has already tried the direct route: emails, portal tickets, a phone call that went nowhere. The task at that stage is not to write another letter. It is to read the custody statement, the subscription documents, and whatever correspondence exists, and work out what kind of refusal this actually is before deciding what happens next.

That distinction matters. A platform that stopped paying because of its own insolvency is a different problem from one that disputes a specific redemption request. Anneke's part of the work is building that picture from the paperwork the client already has, in the same way the firm approaches every matter in the refusals practice, before any step that cannot be undone is taken.
